Oswego Plastics has been making waxer pads for pattern coating machines, such as the International 88B or Oakland Pattern Coater, since 1966. We have an unparalleled record of quality service and customer-oriented response. We make three basic versions to suit varying needs and production conditions:
  • Buna Rubber: Best for smaller production runs, or where high-temperature tolerance is not a requirement.
  • "Blue Face" Acrylic Rubber: More durable, more heat tolerant. A cost effective solution for many coating conditions.
  • Silicone Fluroelastomer: Top of the line. Extremely durable, not adversely affected by high temperature.


Our wax pads are molded to a .016" brass backing. We can configure mounting holes, pad thickness and overall size to fit any pattern coating machine. We are eager to show you the superior performance of our quality wax pads.

  • Strip Pads - Made from a Red RTV Silicone
  • Grid Pads - Made from a Red RTV Silicone
  • Molded RTV Silicone - Made from a Red RTV silicone molded to your window pattern
  • Brass Backed Silicone - Extremely durable, Easy to mount and dismount, and Jam-resistant. Made out of the same material as our silicone wax pads.
