Example: machine being used (International 88B, etc.), dimensions of wax pad (21x, 26x, etc.), cylinder circumference, type of material you want, how many, purchase order number, and a contact number for us to reach you. For shipping please tell us how you would like it sent (UPS, Federal Express, Emery, etc.), also what service you would like (Next Day Air, Ground, etc.). We look forward to hearing from you.
