Our custom glue applicator is custom made for your carton from high temperature-tolerant, 40-50 durometer, GE Silicone, on a .016" brass backing. Mounting on the window or gluing machine is simple: position and lock down on the drum with "stove pipe clamps." This saves the numerous man-hours required to fabricate rubber strips or "Flexo" pads, glue them to the drum, and check/recheck timing and positioning. In addition, the pad can be demounted and "hung on the wall" for reuse later. We make the applicator from your example carton, which you mail or fax to us.
